·Working closely with principal planner, review the relevant schedules developed for fabricated items.
·Monitor live activities in yard and workshops and ensure progress in tracked as planned.
·Attend regular planning and scheduling review meetings held internally within Consortium or with Client.
·Compile weekly progress reports and trackers (where applicable) to feed planner’s overall dashboards for each project.
·Provide input compilation weekly report, Monthly report and S-curves and Histogram formats as required.
·Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the Progress Measurement system.
·Construction related degree preferable but not essential
·1-3 years’ experience in planning and scheduling roles;
·Working experience in oil and gas fabrication and operations would be an advantage
·Computer literacy in MS Office, knowledge and proficiency with specific software apps such as Primavera (P6) and/or other.
